With a background in managing complex cases, coordinating medical records and providers, communicating with insurance carriers, and supporting attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process, Ivonne understands the demands of a busy practice.
As a bilingual professional, she provides English–Spanish support to help law firms better serve their clients and keep cases moving efficiently.
